Welcome to Our Restaurant

Welcome to Positano Ristorante Italiano

Tucked away, but handily located in the centre of Guildford, Positano restaurant is hidden within an intriguing red brick Elizabethan building that’s bursting with character. The newly refurbished dining rooms, bedecked with dark-wood panels, original beams, banquette seating and white linen, are a decadent setting in which to enjoy an authentic Italian menu that impresses every time.

An Appetite For Tradition

While you may be able to keep an eye on the Guildford High Street clock from your table, time stands still at Positano Ristorante Italiano. The Elizabethan era building is believed to have been the house of the Town Mayor and today, guests can enjoy a meal or aperitif in a convivial atmosphere. Conveniently located opposite the Guildhall and close to Castle Car Park, Positano brings the authentic flavours and fragrance of southern Italy to Guildford.
